42-days detention
The UK government's controversial proposal to extend the time a terror suspect could be held without charge to 42 days was passed in the House of Commons with a majority of nine. Does 42 signify something? Perhaps they think they could get the answer to everything. According to Douglas Adams' book HitchHikers Guide to the Galaxy
